Daniele Marchesi Daniele Marchesi comes from a family of more than three generations of winegrowers. He has a degree in civil engineering with a specialization in land development and teaches. It's thanks to his passion and dedication to the family business and to his unabated zeal that the business has thrived and has been able to offer products of ever-increasing quality together with excellent service. Daniele Marchesi The sister Through his commitment, the entire estate, includind the vineyards, orchards and vegetable gardens, has been modernized to meet ISO 900 standards fo ecology and biological farming. During the 1900s, my granfather Alberto and my father Giuseppe extended the property and added new vineyards. The estate wa handed down to me and my sisters, Sabina and Sonia, and is spread out over 20 adjoining hectaes of vineyards, woods and vegetables gardens. My estate has played an active part in the winemaking industry since 1815, as documented in land registry maps dating back to 1723, in the time of Maria Theresia. A portion of the estate was already an integral part of the feudal lands of the Marquis Isimbardi, owner of beautiful, lush vineyards such as IL CHIOSCO, IL PRAMATTEO DEL PARADISO, LA FRACETTA, which today belong to us. In addition, he had instituted a family-run vacation facility in a traditional farmhouse nestled amidst the green, and is also personally seeing to the restoration of additional lodges scattered throughout the grounds. In this environment, where nature and architecture live in perfect armony, it's indeed a pleasure to live and work.
