Our product On our estate we grow organic grapes, fruits and vegetables. The poducts sold in our on-site store are grouped as follow: Cold appetizers and sauces: vegetables appetizers, sweet and sour peppers, country-style peppers, parsley sauce, tomato sauce with mushrooms, D'avie sauce (a honey-based souce, makes a savory match with cheese and boiled meats), grapes in mustard syrup, pureed peppers. Typical cold cuts from the Oltrepò Pavese area: Salame, Pancetta, Coppa, Herb lard. Vegetables in oil: Stuffed chili peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, delicate onions, grilled peppers. The wine Sweet treats: Peach, fig, strawberry or apricot jam, peaches in syrup, plums in syrup, acacia honey, millefiori honey, hazelnuts covered with acacia honey, walnuts covered wit acacia honey. Oltrepò Pavese wines: Red wine, Bonarda red wine both still and sparkling, Pinot nero white wine, Riesling Italico I.G.T. Our grappas: Grappa from blended varieties, Pinot grappa, Chardonnay grappa, Muscat grappa.
